Who we are

AI HailIntel is a business-to-business lead marketplace operated by Affordable Mobile Home Service LLC. It connects independently licensed roofing contractors with residential hail-damage roofing leads by exclusive county territory. This policy explains what we collect from contractors who use the service, how we use it, and your choices.

Information we collect

Contractor account information. When you sign up we collect your business name, contact name, email address, phone number, trade, and the county territory assigned to your account, plus a password (stored only as a one-way hash, never in plain text).

Payment information. Subscription and per-lead unlock payments are processed by Stripe. Card numbers and payment credentials are entered directly with Stripe and are handled and stored by Stripe under its own terms and security program — we do not collect, see, or store your full card details. We retain only non-sensitive records such as subscription status, unlock history, amounts, and Stripe reference identifiers.

Lead data. The residential leads shown in your console are compiled from public county and assessor records and other public sources, together with our own enrichment and scoring. This homeowner data is licensed to you to work; it is not your personal information and is governed by the Terms of Service.

Usage data. We log basic technical and activity data (logins, leads viewed and unlocked, timestamps, IP address) to operate and secure the service.

How we use your information

We use contractor account information to create and operate your account, verify your territory, route and assign leads to you, process billing through Stripe, provide support, send service and billing notices, and secure and improve the service. We use it for no other purpose without your consent.

We do not sell contractor information

We never sell or rent your contractor personal information, and we do not share it for third-party advertising. We share it only with service providers that help us run the service — principally Stripe (payments) and our hosting and infrastructure providers — strictly to deliver the service you requested, and when required by law.

Lead and homeowner data

Residential lead data in your console is confidential and licensed to you to work. You agree not to copy, export, resell, or share it. Residential phone numbers may be subject to Do-Not-Call (DNC) and TCPA rules — you are solely responsible for lawful, licensed contact with any homeowner.

Data retention & security

We keep account and billing records for as long as your account is active and as needed for legal, tax, and accounting purposes, then delete or anonymize them. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information; no method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.

Your choices & opt-out

You may access or update your account information, unsubscribe from non-essential email, or ask us to close your account and delete your personal information (subject to records we must keep by law) by contacting us at the address below. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your billing portal or by contacting us.
