Terms of Service

1. The service

AI HailIntel is a business-to-business lead marketplace operated by Affordable Mobile Home Service LLC. We source and route residential hail-damage roofing leads to independently licensed roofing contractors by exclusive county territory. The regulated work — roofing inspection, contracting, and construction — is performed solely by those licensed contractors. We do not provide legal, insurance, or construction advice, and we are not a party to any agreement between you and a homeowner.

2. Accounts & eligibility

You must be a validly licensed and insured roofing contractor (or an authorized representative of one) to use the service. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity under your account.

3. Billing — subscription & per-lead unlocks

The service is offered on a $99/month subscription that provides access to browse available leads in your territory. Working an individual lead requires a separate per-lead unlock, billed at the posted per-trade price at the time of unlock. All payments are processed by Stripe; by subscribing or unlocking you agree to Stripe's terms. The subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled; you may cancel at any time and cancellation stops future renewals (it does not refund the current period). Prices may change on prospective notice.

4. Exclusive unlocks, the race, and refunds

A per-lead unlock is intended to grant one live exclusive assignment of that lead to you for your trade. Because leads are offered to contractors in real time, two contractors of the same trade can attempt to unlock the same lead at nearly the same moment. If you win the race, the lead is exclusively assigned to you. If you lose the race because another contractor of the same trade already holds that lead, your unlock is automatically voided and refunded to your original payment method through Stripe — you are not charged for a lead you did not receive. Our records of assignment are the controlling record of who holds a lead.

5. Leads are licensed, not owned — and not guaranteed

Leads are compiled from public county and assessor records and other public sources with our own enrichment, and are licensed to you to work in your territory. You may not copy, export, resell, scrape, or share them, or use them outside the service. Leads are provided as-is: we make no guarantee of accuracy, homeowner interest, appointment, sale, close, volume, or any particular outcome or timeline. A lead is an opportunity to contact a prospect, not a promise of business.

6. Your compliance obligations (TCPA / DNC)

You are solely responsible for contacting homeowners lawfully, including compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), state and federal Do-Not-Call (DNC) rules, texting and calling-time rules, and all other applicable marketing, licensing, and consumer-protection laws. You will indemnify Affordable Mobile Home Service LLC against claims arising from your contact with, or work for, any homeowner.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, share your account, circumvent billing or the unlock system, resell or redistribute leads, or interfere with the platform's operation or security.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Affordable Mobile Home Service LLC's total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid to us in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms or for unlawful use. Sections that by their nature should survive (licensing, compliance, indemnity, disclaimers, liability limits, governing law) survive termination.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [GOVERNING STATE / JURISDICTION — to be confirmed], without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the exclusive venue for any dispute is the state or federal courts located in that jurisdiction.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes take effect on prospective notice or on your next billing renewal. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
